Starting an Art Account

One thing that the free time I have had during lockdown has allowed me to do is start painting again. Before this, the last time I had seriously painted was in my 10th grade visual arts class. This is not only a skill that I am putting in the time to practice and improve, but having a creative outlet during lockdown has helped me deal with the situation. I have something productive and enjoyable to pass the time and I also get to share my art with people. Since I started painting during quarantine, I started to make so many artworks, that I also created an art account on Instagram  to keep me motivated to create. Sharing my art has helped me stay creative and enthusiastic. - Zahra Haroon DP2

Cooking Diaries

During these difficult times of COVID-19, I decided to make valuable use of my time during quarantine and find an activity to keep myself busy. So, I have started to learn how to cook, which is a new skill and a great learning opportunity for me since I’ve never cooked proper meals before. - Bilal Shereef DP2

Constructing Home Workout Plans

During this COVID-19 pandemic, people who are were passionate about fitness can’t go the gym and pursue their physique goals. Many people also have a lot of free time on their hands, so I decided to help people use this time productively and create specialised workout plans with them based on what materials they have in their homes and whatever is comfortable for each person. I wanted to pursue this as I myself have a passion for fitness and wanted to replace the need to go the gym and properly exercise, while using this time productively to pursue my physique goals, helping others achieve theirs on the way. - Saad Mehmood DP2

Photography Blog

I've always been fond of photography, and with the extra time I now have during quarantine, I decided to create a photography blog to showcase some of my favourite pictures from home and my previous vacations. - Lina Kasuri DP2
