LUMS Music Fest

After a long hiatus from the musical arena, TNS students re-entered a key sector of extracurricular activity and made their mark at the LUMS Music Fest 2020. The three-day, inter-collegiate competition comprised several categories, the crown jewel of which was the ‘Battle of the Bands.’ With little preparation, bands from grades 6, 7, 8, 9 and DP performed exceptionally well at the Battle of the Bands. Competing against more than 300 delegates and 17 bands, TNS students found a platform that boasted some of Pakistan’s best upcoming musicians. While the junior bands powered through to the second round of the competition, it was indeed a huge achievement for TNS when three students were part of a band that won 1st place. The band members who won were: 1. Saem Iftikhar (Lead Guitar) 2. Hasan Ahmad (Bass Guitar) 3. Hamza Jan (Drums)
